My name is Frouke, the creator of Moment Biscuits. As my name is impossible to pronounce for most Australians, most people know me as Frankie or ’that tiny little baker’.
A few years ago I stumbled upon the beautiful art of cookie decorating. Fast forward to the present and I am using everything (from stunning flowers to street signs and pieces of fabric) as inspiration to create beautiful biscuits for any event you can think of.
Let me tell you how it all began...
I live for special moments, big and small. I have been blessed with two beautiful little girls who love to celebrate every moment, from the time they get up to the time they go to bed. Every day we have celebrations of all kinds. Big. Small. Elaborate. Simple.
I love pretty tables, high tea parties and (seasonal) decorations.
Amidst the crazy, happy and enchanting whirlwind called stay-at-home parenting, baking became my oasis.
That’s where it all started, by baking for my family, friends and neighbours and it quickly evolved into more...
So here I am today, baking fresh, delicious, buttery, sugar cookies and making them look pretty. Every moment in life deserves to be celebrated with a beautifully decorated biscuit. Or two. Or twelve.

The biscuit base for the decorated sugar biscuits can be vanilla or Speculaas (Dutch spices).
The icing is available in many flavours like almond (our most popular choice), vanilla, strawberry, just to name a few. It is also possible to order biscuits like jamdrops, melting moments and gingerbread.
Our glutenfree range is in high demand, with all the equipment and materials used to bake gluten-free kept separate from everything else.
We also offer a cafe range of freshly baked biscuits, simply contact us if you’d like to learn more about this option.
Ideally I need 5 days notice for custom (decorated sugar biscuit) orders but if time got away from you, please contact me anyway and I will see what I can do..
All you need to do is just tell me what you‘d prefer and I will make it happen!
It always smells like freshly baked biscuits in my little bakery in Brighton as everything is baked in house from scratch, using free range eggs and other high quality ingredients..
Picking up your biscuits is a great excuse to enjoy a beautiful barista made silky smooth Segafredo Zanetti coffee, hot chocolate/ chai latte or a heartwarming cup of loose leaf specialty tea. Of course delivery is also an option (for an additional fee).
And if you happen to not eat biscuits (for whatever reason) please pop over to my adorable little place anyway for just a drink as I will always be happy to see you!

On Saturdays & Sundays we are open from 7-11am!
If you happen to catch me outside of the opening hours, while baking biscuits.. Lucky you! The coffee machine might be off but please don’t hesistate to pop in to buy a few delights!
